Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale took to Twitter to mock Ghana Music Industry after he was ranked number one in Ghana by Billboard.
Shatta Wale is one of Ghana’s controversial artists and is known to be at odds with most of his fellow artists in the Ghana music industry.
Billboard recently compiled a list called the “Local Heroes” which focuses on the most-watched homegrown artistes across eleven countries in Africa.
For Ghana, Shatta Wale topped the list having clocked about 13.26 million views within the past one year, Sarkodie came in second place with 11.72 million streams within the same period.
Shatta Wale reacting to the list took the opportunity to mock the Ghana Music Industry claiming that the industry ranks him last because they hate him.
